My family has always had this weird “eat whatever nasty dollar store shit you can get your hands on, supplement with multivitamin (possibly also from dollar store), ???, healthy” mindset. I could not disagree with it more! While nutritional supplements can be helpful, they are not a substitute for real food with good shit in it.
