FUCK MULTIVITAMINS!

My family has always had this weird “eat whatever nasty dollar store shit you can get your hands on, supplement with multivitamin (possibly also from dollar store), ???, healthy” mindset. I could not disagree with it more! While nutritional supplements can be helpful, they are not a substitute for real food with good shit in it. So, in the spirit of rebellion, here is a VERY helpful list of the nutrients we need, how much we need of em, and which foods to find em in.
